Refund & Return Policy

At MedHome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

 

• Return Window: Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Non-Returnable Items: Any item that has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for a return or refund.

• Return Process: To start a return, click on the account icon on the header of any page. Input the email you used to purchse the product and acces your return options there. You can also contact us at cdmedhome@gmail.com with any further questions. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 416 W 500 N, American Fork, UT, 84003.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to meet our return criteria. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

MedHome reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the stated requirements.
